We collect the following data:

• Registration data: name, email, password (hashed)
• Usage data: conversations with AI assistants, configurations, analytics
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device (for security and analytics)

3. Purpose of Processing

• Service delivery
• Account and subscription management
• Technical support
• Service improvement
• Service communications

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), consent (Art. 6.1.a), legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 6 months thereafter. Conversations may be automatically anonymized after the period configured by the user.

6. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection to processing. You can exercise your rights by writing to support@smartchatassistant.com.

7. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures: data encryption, HTTPS, CSRF protection, rate limiting, regular backups.

• Stripe: payment processing
• Google OAuth: authentication
• OpenAI / Google Gemini / OpenRouter: AI conversation processing
