1. Acceptance

By using SmartChatAssistant you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SmartChatAssistant is a SaaS platform that allows you to create and manage custom AI assistants for customer service, embeddable on third-party websites.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities performed with your credentials. You must provide truthful information during registration.

4. Plans and Payments

• The Free plan is free with no time limit
• Paid plans renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime from the billing panel
• No refunds are provided for the current period
• Unused credits do not carry over to the next month

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for: illegal activities, spam, harmful content, violation of third-party rights, intentional infrastructure overload.

6. Intellectual Property

Content uploaded by users remains the property of the users. SmartChatAssistant holds the rights to the platform, code and design.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". SmartChatAssistant does not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Modena shall have jurisdiction.
